Students must have foundational pole basic down & must feel comfortable with aerial tricks & inversions. This is an intermediate class.

The focus is on feeling sexy within ourselves, releasing the inner critic in our minds. Women are taught various body rolls, leg play, wines, heel clacks, crawls & walks while also tapping into the power of sensuality and connection to one’s body.

A choreography class mix of pole dance & twerk, this fun class will focus on loosening the hips, freeing cheeks & playing around the pole. Students must have foundational pole knowledge and experience. (taken 2-4 foundational classes)
