The fool is a foundational class. Students will  learn the fundamentals of pole dancing including various grips, spins, straddles, body roles, walks and more.

*All of our regular & pole classes are women only, dedicated to womb healing.*

DO NOT apply any oils or lotions to the skin within 6 hours of class.
