In The Wheel of Fortune students will learn a variety of fun spins. We alternate using static and spin poles, focusing on correct body positioning & balancing the use of momentum and strength to perfect spins.
*All of our regular & pole classes are women only, dedicated to womb healing.*
DO NOT apply any oils or lotions to the skin within 6 hours of class.
