A choreography class, focused on flowing. This class integrates strength, tricks, and dance. Students will learn a full pole dance sequence helping to transition between moves seamlessly, tap into their bodies and become one with the pole.

*All of our regular & pole classes are women only, dedicated to womb healing.*

Knee pads & socks highly recommended , DO NOT apply any oils or lotions to the skin within 6 hours of class.

Class Passes are not Valid for any Pole Classes
