Pole & Lap Dance

Slow, sensual and seductive pole dance and lap/chair dance to an R&B song chosen by the instructor. We will focus on expressions of love and sensual energy through various movements such as body rolls, crawls, straddles and more. Whether in a relationship or single this class will focus on loving your body, your self first and (optional) allowing you to share what you've learned with your partner. Please dress up in garments that make you feel beautiful and sexy but are also easy to move in and cover any areas you do not wish to expose.
Class includes small treats and wine.

*All of our regular & pole classes are women only, dedicated to womb healing.*

Knee pads & socks highly recommended, DO NOT apply any oils or lotions to the skin within 6 hours of class.
