A 4 Week Chair Dance Series that turns students into performers! Students will learn & perfect a choreographed chair dance piece that will be showcased February 12, 2023 at our Spoken word Sunday/Valentine’s Event at We Heal Different.

Students are supported throughout this series in:

• building confidence & sensuality

• deeper connection to self

• stage presence & embodiment

• learning new dance moves & chair tricks

• choreo retention

• connection & sisterhood with other women

There is no prior dance experience necessary, this workshop is beginner friendly!

Students will have unlimited access to The Hermit, Open Pole/Dance classes during the series & receive a pair of pleaser heels!

Schedule: January 15th-February 12, 2023

Sundays 11am-12pm | Thursdays 5:45-7pm | Saturday 1/21 & 2/4 11am-12:30pm
