6 Week Dance Series that turns students into performers! Students will learn & perfect a choreographed pole &/or chair piece that will be showcased February 11, 2023 at our Spoken word Sunday/Valentine’s Event at We Heal Different.

Students are supported throughout these series in:

• building confidence & sensuality

• deeper connection to self

• stage presence & embodiment

• learning new dance moves & pole or chair tricks

• choreo retention

• connection & sisterhood with other women

There is no prior pole or dance experience necessary, these workshop are beginner friendly! Performance is optional but is highly encouraged.

Students will also:

• have unlimited access to The Hermit, Open Pole/Dance classes during the series

• receive a pair of new pleaser heels

• take professional dance photos students can use for their portfolios.

Schedule: January 2nd-February 11th, 2023

• Pole Dance: Sundays 11am-12:30pm | Tuesdays 8-9:30pm | Saturday 2/3 & 2/10 12:30-2pm

• Floor/Chair Dance: Sundays 12:30p-2pm | Thursdays 5:45-7pm | Saturday 2/3 & 2/10 11am-12:30pm
