Prior to starting the class, we'll dedicate 10 minutes to a journal exercise, allowing you to delve deeper into your body and connect with your inner self.
What to Bring: Please remember to bring knee pads, water for hydration, a journal for personal reflection, and an outfit that ignites your confidence and sensuality. Heels are optional.
