Sip & Stretch is a mindful, gentle stretch class designed to enhance flexibility, release the body of tension, quiet the mind and ground us. In this class we focus on breathing, reawakening the neural pathways and elongating various areas of the body to achieve relaxation and greater range of motion. Students are able to gradually loosen the limbs, increase range of motion & heal their bodies. Tea or water is provided.
