Students will learn basic techniques for winin de waistline. We we also focus on conditioning the body to strengthen the core, hips and back to accomplish a sexy wine.

As we dance to beautiful tones of the islands, we will also apply a fundemental principle from Carnival. As a bonus, students will release energy from common areas women tend to store stress, the solar plexus & hips.
