this 4 week workshop explores intentionality, self expression and fluidity through the art of pole dance. bringing us back into our innate sensuality through breath-work, skill rehearsal and various dance techniques. students will be guided through a choreographed piece to deepen self connection, confidence and personal style.

no pole or dance experience is required, this is an open level workshop.

heels are optional but highly encouraged.
