Sip & Stretch is a mindful, gentle stretch class designed to enhance flexibility, release the body of tension, quiet the mind and ground us. In this class we focus on breathing, reawakening the neural pathways and elongating various areas of the body to achieve relaxation and greater range of motion. Tea & water is provided in person.
Yoga mats highly suggested. Students are welcome to use any additional props or items during class.
