Accessibility: It’s about a 20 minute down hill walk on uneven pavement to the beach.
We’ll be meeting at We Heal Different at 9:30a & departing at 10a.
We’ll arrive at Black Sands Beach a little before 12p & class will start at 12p.
Light snacks will be provided
What to bring:
Layers we’re expecting sun, 🌞 but in the case that it ain’t initially warm, a sweater & sweats or leggings.
Something you feel cute & comfortable dancing in
Water, Coconut water, fruit juice, smoothie, snacks, light meal.
